The company
Three decades on the hardest lifts.
Miles Trucking was founded in 1994 in Willemstad, Curaçao, as a heavy-load transport and lifting specialist. Three decades and counting later, that's still the core of the business: hydraulic cranes, low-boy transport, and the rigging work that refineries, shipyards and utilities can't afford to get wrong.
This is a 20-year main-contractor relationship with Refineria Isla B.V., Curaçao Dry-Dock Company N.V., Aqualectra N.V. and CRU B.V., the kind of repeat business that only comes from doing the work right, year after year.
1994
Founded in Willemstad, Curaçao.
2005–18
Multi-year tank program at ISLA B.V. Refinery.
2009
Windmill removal for MainWind B.V. and ENERCON, 12 turbines each.
2013
SWRO 300-ton desalination plant for CRU.
2019–20
Submarine lift, Dutch Navy work, 75-ton platform lift at sea.
